Carolina has done this several times this season; off the top of my head, against the Giants, Packers, and Colts. Get a massive first half lead, let up, and nearly blow it (they actually did blow it against the Colts, but won in overtime).

They blew it in the giant game too. Got that last second field goal for it not to go to overtime.
