The Hawks o-line will control a strength of the Gmen...their Dline.

The Hawks secondary is very good. Should be able to catch Eli with a mistake or two.

Huge "statement" game locally considering how poor the west is.

That would give Seattle a 3 game lead over the Cowboys. We need the Giants to win this one and then hope we can beat them in the Meadowlands.

I go against every NFC East team for now on. I dont think the football gods want us to have homefield advantage after losing so many games like this. It's time to go for the #2 seed.

Throw home field advantage thoughts out the window. Seattle is not going to finish 11-5.

We need to win the NFC East and Seattle can help that cause.

What???

bro wake up we're not competing against Seattle that's the last of our problems. The stupid Midgets are the problem and quit frankly the more games they lose the better.

We need every break we can get if we want to continue fighting for the EAST.

Actually the hawks 2ndry isnt that good, even the hawks fans that came to the giants forums said thats there weakness. I do agree there oline vs our deline will be a very interesting test. At this point they have the edge till we play them.

Also please look at the teams the hawks beat too get to there record.
2 wins from the Rams
2 wins from the Cards
1 win from the Texans
And almost lost too SF

So those are 5 wins from horrible teams.

Giants D-line is weakened after losing William Joseph. The last game, they didn't have that pass rush from the front four they usually have. Seattle has an even bigger advantage with their O-line, unfortunately for me.

Honestly, I will be rooting for the Giants, because I feel that the road to the Super Bowl is owned by the team with homefield advantage. If we have to play Seattle in the playoffs, I would MUCH rather the game be in Dallas. Dallas still has a fair shot of getting the first round bye, but a few situations need to take place first.

  1. Seattle (8-2) already beat us this year, so we need to have a better record than them by the end of the season. We already beat New York (7-3) once, so if New York beats Seattle this week and we beat New York again next week, both Dallas and New York will be 8-4, but Dallas would already be ahead of New York for 1st place.
  2. By Seattle losing to New York on Sunday, they will drop to 8-3 with 3 road games coming up. Seattle is not as good on the road as they are at home. I can see them losing at least one of those road games. They also have to play the Colts, and there is a great chance they will lose that one. I see Seattle Finishing the season 11-5.
  3. The best the Panthers can finish is 13-3. If Dallas beats them, and they will, the best they can do is 12-4. I live in SC and trust me, Carolina is not that tough to beat. Shut down Smith and they will get owned.
  4. Finally, for all this to work, Dallas would have to finish out the season 5-0. I already have them beating New York and Carolina. That leaves Washington, Kansas City, and St. Louis, all winnable games. If Dallas finishes out 5-0, we get homefield advantage, assuming Chicago and Tampa Bay lose at least 1 game.

New Jerseys wins are against

Cards
Saints
Rams
49ers
Eagles (without McNabb and TO)
Commanders who have lost 5 of 7

The only good Win New Jersey has is a 1 point victory over Denver

You have too keep things in perspective.
First we played the cards when they were at full force, a great wr tandum and a up and coming defense before the injuries took place.

Saints had a 5 game winning streak coming into our place.

Rams had a full team, Holt, Bruce and Bulger played vs us, unlike the last few weeks

That is a BS excuse for the eagles, because the numbers that McM put up against us was very good numbers, and gave his team a chance too win. The TO excuse doesnt work because he is off the team. So what now the eagles can say till TO Retires, well if TO played we would of beat you? Get serious on that one.

Denver we came back down 2 scores. Skins is a tough game you know how divison games are, but we beat crushed them.

You have too keep things in perspective. I can run down your wins and loses as well. Everyone says that the Dallas game where we had 3 turnovers in the redzone (If we held on too one of them there would of never been an OT) that it all came down to the coin flip. SF even put up 31 pts on you and should of had you beat, Skins beat u in 3 mins, seattle beat you. I mean you played SD that barely utilized LDT, imagine if they used him? Oh can we not forget about NO GATES, he is arguably the top 1-2 TE in the league. As you can see its easy to play that game. Bottom line is a win is a win and a loss is a loss, but you have too keep it in perspective.

Seattle is a good team, but if we can contain Alexander, which we have contained all rbs except LDT, and denver ran on us well, then we have a chance. This will be a great test for us, as well as seattle. Should be a great game too watch.

So you guys beating tha Cards is a big deal yet you discount Seatlle beating them. No matter when you played them they are the cards they suck

Saints had a 5 game winning streak coming into our place.

So what they still suck this season

Rams had a full team, Holt, Bruce and Bulger played vs us, unlike the last few weeks

When Seattle played them those guys were playing as well. Except Bruce who misses 1 game So this is irrelevant

The numbers he put up are ttributted to your defense I mean seriously mcmahon couldnt take a job from Joey Harrington. You seriously do not think a team minus its all pro QB is the same team do you?

Your the one that came into the thread and tried to say Seattle had not beaten anyone when in reality the same can be said of The Giants

You have too keep things in perspective. I can run down your wins and loses as well. Everyone says that the Dallas game where we had 3 turnovers in the redzone (If we held on too one of them there would of never been an OT) that it all came down to the coin flip.

And we can say if we didnt turn it over 4 times blah blah

SF even put up 31 pts on you and should of had you beat,

and?

Skins beat u in 3 mins,

In our 2nd week of a new defense you think that would happen now? lol

seattle beat you.

Yes because of a Bledsoe mistake

I mean you played SD that barely utilized LDT, imagine if they used him?

They quit using him because we were stuffing him lol

Oh can we not forget about NO GATES, he is arguably the top 1-2 TE in the league. As you can see its easy to play that game. Bottom line is a win is a win and a loss is a loss, but you have too keep it in perspective.

I love how this started as youo trying to say Seattle had not played anyone and then when the tables turned you somehow ended up on the Cowboys nice try at a distraction there bud. The truth of the matter is though Seattle is a good team their wins have been as tough as Giants wins. Gonna be a good game I will await your post after your loss

I got one...how did the saints have a 5 game win streak when they were playing in the 2nd game of the season?

And it was a bonus home game, if that game had been played in NO i dont think the giants win.

And i think Joe Horn had a bad hammy that he was playing with

That is a BS excuse for the eagles, because the numbers that McM put up against us was very good numbers, and gave his team a chance too win. The TO excuse doesnt work because he is off the team. You seriously think that Mcmahon is as good as donovan mcnabb?? Maybe because he played the giants, but if you were making a team you would take him over mcnabb, i dont think so. Mcmahons numbers werent that good anyways, he only threw for like 300 yards b/c he threw almost every play when they were down. and that game still came down to the giants scoring on a blown coverage

Actually the cards from week 1 too week 11 is different. Maybe because of injurys? Could that be the reason? Naw that couldnt be could it? Give me a break, every team is injured now, so it does make a diff from week 1 to 11, but i still dont consider them a power house team, but they were/are tougher from week 1-11 do to injurys.

Saints are a team full of good player but have a horrible coach, and have you ever heard of momentum? Well thats what the saints had coming into our game.

Your QB argument with Joey and Mc is a bs arguement, look at Drew or did you forget about him? He got kicked from a decent team last year by a rookie, who was already benched. How about Brunell? Just two examples in our division, and as i said look at the stats, if McM didnt have those stats then u can argue the QB which obviously you cant so nice try, oh i guess u agree with my assessment of BS TO Excuse.

Actually we had the same amount of turnovers in our game as you did, only diff we had it in the redzone, it was a coin flip away, it was an ugly game for both teams and u got the win, good job, next we will meet in our backyard.

& the point of SF is you are such a great defense u dont give the worst offense in the league 31 pts, atleast we gave up 40 once to a top team in SD. Which in turn they didnt stop running LDT because u shut him down (eagles shut him down), the reason they stopped was because of the brainless coach name MARTY. Again i see u didnt use gates in there either, smart...

Also remember how i said Cards week 1 vs down the road is diff, and you said is BS, well its funny how you are saying exactly the same thing, the skins beat us in the 3rd week when we had a new defense lmao. Atleast keep it in sync.

So how many games has Drew cost you vs how many has he actually won for u and brought you back to get a chance too win with minutes left? Now how many has Eli cost us vs how many he gave us or did win for us in the last minutes? I like my chances.

Any win is good no doubt, but again you have too keep things in persepective, same reason why i brought dallas into this convo, to give examples.

If you want me too be here after the seattle game win or lose no prob. I dont come here after you guys loss to rub it in, and i dont come here after a giants win too rub it in, makes no sense, i just come in too get interesting feedback from fans of there teams, and see what they think of our team, and usually dont write much, but if i think some one is way off base, or i might be able to inform them or correct them i will reply.

What about you, if seattle loses will you eat crow? If so i will come back no prob.

Saints had a 5 game winning steak on the road since last year, Horn hurt his hammy after us so do a little research and stop being a homer, ya we would lose to NO at their home LMAO, try again.

No i dont think McM is a better qb the McChoke (who always gives away the game, like he did for you guys, u guys were owned and he handed you the game in a silver platter), but that game McM or McC wouldnt matter because McM had a very good game, so that game it didnt matter, but nice try.

Also before you take jabs at our defense look it up and do a little research besides being a homer. We are in top 10 in pts allowed, tops in rush defense, and i believe 3rd in turnovers caused and ratio, maybe even 2nd.

So ya our defense sucks ok, nice try. Try again.
