Meanwhile, after years of mediocre home records, we went 7-1 this year.

We are a much better defensive team than when we played Seattle in week 3. LVE had not emerged and the pass coverage had not gelled. They no longer have Earl Thomas to pick off Prescott.

I think we are a better team than we were week 3. We went 7-1 the back 8 of the season. I have a lot of confidence about this game. I really like our matchups on the DL.

They went 4-4 on the road, that’s not all that poor. Any team that can run the ball can compete on the road.

This only works with proper context. List all the teams they lost to on the road who had winning records. The Rams and... the Bears? So because they didn’t overcome a sample size of 2 teams, with a combined record of 25-7, this will have some kind of special impact against the 10-6 Cowboys?
