Sean Lee already studying tapes of the Browns

On the Lunch Break Nic Eatman said he overheard that Sean Lee went to the video department on Monday to find video on the Browns defense so he can get a head start. This guy is the real deal. Here's hoping the guy can stay healthy this year.

If Lee is healthy and we can get one more cover LB to bring into the mix on passing downs, I think we're fine at LB on defense.

We need to sort out the Safety position and DEs.

I agree. I have no doubts about his work ethic from every account I have heard about this kid he is a hard worker and student of the game. I do hope to see him add some weight this off season and add more upper body strength. I'm sure the conditioning coach has a program for him to follow this off season

I think he could be effective at a solid 245 lbs though. I thought he weighs around 240ish. So it's definitely doable.

All of the defensive players if they are smart should be doing the same thing between now and March. With a lockout looming in March, there could be very little time to learn this new defense.

I thought B James played fairly well last season. And he was injured as well. He's more of a liability on passing downs, however, imo.

most who make millions, and who are given time off, would chill, and have fun.

Hey, start benching around 500 and begin submitting applications around the league....and it helps to be able to run ten to fifteen yards as well.

....and fragile as a china doll. This kid is soft so far. Hope he proves me VERY wrong next season, but it is what it is.

I have to agree though, he should be doing this as all the players should. Not hard to stick a film in and just watch it really. Even entertainers (which they are) work at their craft during their time off.

I think of it as the dad who says he takes care of his various kids. Dude, thats nothing to pat yourself on the back about, it should be a given that you take care of your kids.......you don't deserve credit for it.

I'm not giving that much credit to something they should be doing anyway.
