If you listen to Dallas sports radio, there will frequently be players from that week's opponent that chime in as well. It's extremely common.

Romo did an interview with Denver media a few weeks ago, remember? He gave Denver's secondary a backhanded compliment on their interfering skills?

Usually, the interviews are by phone and not very long anyway. It's not like Lee is flying to Philly and missing out on practice.

Romo and other players do interviews with the media from the opposing teams every week. And vice versa. That's been the case for 30+ years.

Plus, Lee is from that area.

Would you believe...it's the secret sauce recipe the Jones were harping about. Romo hides a BBQ rib in his pants and sneaks a bite before every third down play. Now the secret is out thanks to Lee.

Keeping the players in a bubble or giving out a fine to talk to the media won't hurt or help the team's chance to win. I see nothing wrong at all unless he is talking smack and embarrassing the Cowboys' name.
