Sean Lee

Actually...Just posted this in the Daily zone

Well then Sean Lee himself is lying.

I cant go into details but just trust me when I tell you his shoulder pads broke causing a bruise and laceration (which I guess you can call a injury) but if they had not broken he never would of left the field.

Jason Williams is a much different case. But Lee's performance today makes me wonder what kind of success(if any) Jason would have playing under the current circumstances.

For the 13,000 time, he was not hurt today. It was an equipment issue.

There was an article that said he had to have a shoulder shot because everyone was jumping on him... yes?

told you guys a couple months ago that he should be starting. you guys were senile enough to listen to fat phillips and all the crap he said about lee. hes not this, he cant do that. all that ****. meanwhile whenever he stepped on the field he made plays and was always in the right spot. now he gets more playing time and he starts to become dominant

thank god we go rid of this fatso

I want to see Lee get more playing time too, but to be fair to Brooking he was playing on a strained left foot.

Yep. I factored that in.

But he's been a step or two slow all season. His drops into coverage take forever. And he has been continually trailing plays all year long.

I think he added a lot to the team last year and we got a solid season from him...but it's time to move on.

Hopefully his typical day will not be "Make awesome play, get injured and head to locker room"...

Yes....at least that is what the Star Telegram is reporting. He did take some nasty shots when he went to the ground including one from a teammate who decided to "Jimmy Superfly Snuka" him for some reason.

Wow! That's a blast from the past. :)

lol...

Of course Sean Lee would lie and ADD an injury to his resume. That makes sense

I was really happy with the play of Lee and I'm not talking just the ints but some very good aggressiveness coming up on the run. I think he has a bright future in the league

I would just like to say that Sean Lee is a bust in the making. ;)

Can we get Bradie James replaced next?
Maybe you can make this point after a game in which he doesn't play well. Today, not so much.

Hearing that Sean Lee has an AC joint sprain. Don't know how serious it is but should get news later today when we meet with Garrett.

I'm not sure why he didn't get it together when Wade was the coach, but he showed what a good rangy ILB for 3-4 D plays like.

Motorbreath;3731624 said:
Start him please.

He was a rookie with less experience when Wade was hereand the fact is he is still a rookie. I think people need to back off a bit. What yesterday showed was that Lee hs a lot of potential, and he put it together in that geme, but it does not show he is a final product who is ready to be the main man in the middle. That will be determined over more time.

Brooking is done. He looked like he was playing in quick sand today.

We got a good year out of him last year. He's been putrid this year.

Lee should be the starter.

I thought Brooking looked pretty good yesterday. Come on folks, Lee played well yesterday, no doubt, but it still needs to be recognized that he is a rookie who still has much to learn. Yesterday showed the team is already giving him an increased role, so lets not get carried away - he is on a good developmental pace as it is.

Just wanted to throw in my "I told ya so" for this thread. And for the record, I do not think Brooking looked good yesterday, or all year as a matter of fact. He looks slow and old this season to me. It looks like the coaches may be seeing it too.

Of course the coaches see that Brooking is slowing down, but fans still have to be patient with developinig rookies. Lee may be starting to play better now because at this point he may be getting more comfortable with his duties aned more acclimated to the NFL in general.
