This guy deserves his own thread. He is what has been missing from the middle of our defense. His picks look easy, but it is because he is always watching the QB's eyes. I don't know if I have seen a guy at least in Dallas that could diagnose a play as fast as he can. I think he inspires the other defensive players and is a born leader. Not saying he is Troy Palomalu, but I would say I notice him as much on defense as I do Troy. He just jumps out at you when you are watching the game. If he isn't making the tackle, he is in the pile.

..he's a STUD..and I don't use that term lightly....reminds me of a young Brooking with a little better nose for the ball: I'll take that 6 days a week and twice on Sunday.

The impact he's had on our run defense is amazing. Not saying he's close to this good yet, but he's reminding me of a young Patrick Willis.

Reminds me of a Brian Urlacher, Patrick Willis & Johnathon Vilma.

Lee was a great pick and I expect Carter will have been too. Always a risk with a knee injury but these injuries are common these days. There are plenty of examples of guys coming back from them.

I love this kids motor and was actually paying attention to see how many plays he was involved in as I watched the game last night. Even just to see if he was near the ball. I've never been inspired to do that with an ILB before.

I think he's a different kind of player but in terms of his motor and disruptiveness, I can see this.

Yea, I also added Vilma and Willis to my comparison. I think hes got aspects of all 3.

OK, now I agree fully, lol. Lee is one of those people that lights up the room when he shows up. Full of life and enegery, makes you want to jump up and run a mile when you see him.

Luckily, I'm smart enough to just grab another beer and say I want to run rather than do it.

Wow! I just realized you registered this month. Welcome to the Cowboyszone.

I speak and interact with a lot of skins fans. Even THEY are giving Lee props. We are one playmaking ILB away from having an ill LB corps. I LOVE this kid. Once he develops a little more leadership/swagger he's a perennial pro bowler. How bout the moves this kid makes when he gets the rock? Like .. he wants to DO SOMETHING when he gets the ball. Lol...

He did really well in his limited time last year, I beleived in him and was hoping to see more of him. I flat out didn't expect him to go out there , take the job , send brooking to the bench and look like he has ,wow.

Does anyone remember Mike Singletary saying how we took his guy (Lee) in that draft a few years ago?

I remember reading about how Singletary thought he was the best ILB from that draft.

a player who is showing myself that maybe someone in the scouting department knows a thing or two about talent. Maybe we arent hitting as good as i hoped but a few players we are really landing on. I am really impressed with him and i remember Hostile being one of the first telling me to just be patient and wait and its paying off.

Doesn't Sean Lee look like one of those kids that grew up in everyone's neighborhood? He just has that look.

He got mentioned a few times on air last night, but I felt like it wasn't nearly enough. It seemed like he was in on every tackle... and if they had noticed they would have been incredulous, like, "Sean Lee, AGAIN???"

It was one of those nights where it seemed he made 20 tackles.

He's Mr. Turnover. The ball just finds him.

If there is one player on the team who most resembles the head coach it's Lee. I love how smart and humble the guy is.

man i'm glad we got Lee he's a very good player. he reminds me Darren Woodson because he´s always around the ball making tackles.

:laugh2: Love the way this guy is playing. He definitely deserves a shout out. This is someone who has clearly taken his position and planted his stakes to be reckoned with in the NFL. We need these young guys, worse than we need our obvious stars, to step up. If they do that, it makes everyone better. Good going, Lee. You fooled the skeptic in me.
