I think the Cowboys should go for Sean Payton, even if it means giving up a high Rd draft pick. I think he can really further develop Dak as well.
Dak is Dallas' QB and I believe can take them all the way.

This defense is championship Calibur but the offense I think does need to move on from Zeke. Get a fast and versatile RB (can play slot and wide) in next years draft and let Pollard be RB1. Continue to solidify the oline, and I think Dallas can win it all.

There are multiple teams with openings for Payton to go to - I sincerely doubt he'll be coming here or that we are firing McCarthy (Jerry pretty much confirmed McCarthy coming back)

Zeke is gone unless he's taking a huge pay cut to stay. Doubt Dallas would even insult him with an offer. We saw the future yesterday as Pollard was the featured back until he got hurt. I look for Dallas to draft a rb.

If I'm Payton, coaching Dak does not appeal to me at all, especially knowing they will have less draft picks. I would rather start off fresh somewhere else, with either a rookie QB or a younger QB that can still be developed.

Payton’s resume is like the same as Mikes.

Not sure why people hype him up so much. I also want no part of trading a draft pick to get him.

Mike McCarthy was desperate for another chance, Sean Payton is not. Why in the world would he want to hitch himself to Dak and put up with the Jones boys?
Sean was with Dallas before under Parcells. He also was integral with Romo's development. And as for Brees, there was always the argument that he didn't have the Arm when he was with the Chargers. with the Saints and Payton, that offense was Championship Calibur for many years under Brees.

Dallas has the defense now, and I get that Dak didn't perform up to expectations against the 49ers, but I do think Sean can really help him Reign in his INTs and get him to a more consistent high level of play. He has proven that he can be a top 5 passer and the production is there. He has also shifted from being a more conservative passer to being comfortable in the offense and seeing the field better, and his passing repertoire has improved.
