Sean Smith-Utah-FS/CB

I read on ESPN that Sean Smith declared. They are projected him in either the 2nd or 3rd round. From what I read of him he 6'3" 214, runs a 4.4, can play either safety or Cb (love the versatility), intelligent, and hard worker. I would love to get this guy in the 3rd but I am afraid we would have to get him in the 2nd if he lasts that long. Hos, I know that you had him your mock, have any more thoughts on him? What do everyone else think about him? I thought he played well for the little that I saw him. Granted, it was the Sugar Bowl but he impressed me.

I hope he can last till the 3rd round.....i really want to draft him, but i want a LB or OL with our 2nd.

I dont know..this kid is a playmaker. I think he can start at Free Safety for us and become the player we need back there. Cornerback coverage ablity, safety size, and every bit the "ballhawK" we lack.

I don't know if he'll even last to the 51st pick. We may have to move up to get him.

if he's available with no better safties involved i'm all for drafting the guy. Any person that athletic deserves a roster spot.
