His Plea Bargain doesn't have anything to do with what the NFL decides to do about his status, other than the fact he's not going to jail.

The NFL could suspend him just like they do drug offenders, criminals, etc... The NFL, because they weren't a party, can't be bound to any plea bargains in this case.
