Season Ends Today, We're in the Playoffs *Merge*

Hard to believe, eh? With us and the Falcons at 8-5, we'd get the edge.

Of course, in reality, we have three games left against three tough foes.

We gave away a chance today to control our own destiny.

maybe on monday or tuesday, or who knows when i'll settle down. But when that time comes, i will be happy that falcons lost and hopefully Commanders lose tonight.

We're not making the playoffs. We proved tonight we dont have the heart for it. This team, and particulary the defense, fed off Romo. All he did was kill their will from start to finish and they still fought hard only to see him fold in the end.



And if we do make the playoffs, Im gonna be pissed cause I wanna see some bodies laid out and this franchise to be blown up and rebuild the entire coaching staff, get rid of T.O. and purchase some nuts.

As Larry Brown said on the post-game, at the end, the Cowboys reverted to who they are: a mistake-prone team that gives other teams lots of free chances.

Tony Romo is a choker. Until he proves otherwise, there's no point in getting excited about much of anything. Even if Dallas sneaks into the playoffs, they'll lose in the 1st round. It's irrelevant.

However, things change with each week. If Carolina wins this week that puts TB at 4 losses. Then if the Cowboys beat the Giants and TB loses again, that puts Dallas ahead of TB and makes them the 5th seed with 2 weeks left.

It's a NEW season at that point and ANYBODY can win it all....if that weren't the case, then the Patriots would have run away with it, yet they didn't.

I'm not sure how all that works this season, but with this loss are the playoff (wildcard) still achievable?

This was a hard game in tough weather against a great defense...they Boyz lost. But, there were some really good stuff coming out of this game. And some bad, like the playcalling at the end.

However, do the Cowboys still have a chance? If so, what needs to happen so I can understand.
