Season is over if 0-2

It's likely over anyway if the line is going to stink and remove half our 1st downs. Maybe we can draft a couple of passable lineman.

If we go 0-2, remember the 94 Cowboys. It's a long season guys, if we are a Superbowl caliber team, we will be at the dance. The season isn't decided by Week 2.

Just like every week, the next game is the most important of the season. You need to get a W on the board. That is why the first game is so important. I just have fears of it snowballing and before you know it you are pretty much out of playoff contention if you have a slow start.

Fact is, until this offense starts clicking and this defense forces more Turnovers, most of the games they play are going to be close.

If dallas loses next week, they are in big big trouble, but if they lose to the bears, I think they're done, that would be one loss in the division and one loss in the conference, that's a huge hole, this isn't the ninties cowboys

we won't have to wait that long to know the seasons over

Technically you do. It is a sixteen game season.

Chicago is a very winnable game and Dallas should role. it is one of the few games, Dallas has a clear advantage and should win going away. My fear is similar to the Titans last year. The Titans had some tough games to start last season and lost a few of them in punch in the gut manner. Then things start going downhill quickly. Before your realize it you are 0 for September and already saying goodbye to the season.

The Chargers have had some of these moments in the past. Fortunately for them they have overcome a couple of times. But playing in the AFC west give them some additional breathing room.

'95 Cowboys were 0-2 to start the season. When their season was over they were holding the Lombardi trophy.

Of course back then, Garrett wasn't calling the plays...

The Commanders won their superbowl last night. usually when a team wins the superbowl the season is over.

Unless somebody can have case of brains shipped to the Cowboys coaching staff, it really is pretty much over. You can't fix stupid. You have to replace it.

We had a clear advantage in every area last night. If our drives are going to be killed by penalties we'll lose to the lions.

Some can't handle their own emotion and go off on the deep end. Last season we had some of the same people throwing in the towel.

I agree. If we get 10 plus penalties, have a few bonehed mistakes and fail to create turnovers, you can and may lose to anyone.

Funny didn't the Giants start off like this in 07 and they seemed to do ok.

If this team looses in bone head fashion to Da'Bears next week the Cowboys will be staring @ 0-3 headed into the the bye. Season OVER, go buy some more shirts and a party pass to boot. Blind homerism dictates that you will keep feeding the Jones bank account and hold no one accountable for your bad investments. If no one in the organization is willing to do the right thing then why should anyone expect the homers too. Is #71 still on this team?
