Season's basically over, what would you like to see going forward?

Agree with everything except Jones at corner. He's better at safety IMO. Don't ruin him anymore, just commit him to safety.

I can see your point. It could also give us an opportunity to see more of the kid we just activated from the practice squad.

I wouldn't mind seeing what the rookies — DE Russel, LB Wilson, TE Swaim and OT Green — bring to the table.

I also wouldn't mind rolling QB Moore out there, either.

I'd also like to see us get the best draft pick possible. We need a lot of help — QB, WR, RB, DT, DE, LB, S, CB and OT (If Green disappoints)?

Yikes, that's a lot.

Yes, get some of the guys out there to see what they can do. Helps with what direction to go in the off season.
Though I do not think Morre is the future at QB, but I would like to see what he can do.
But I seriously doubt we see him until the last few games.

They still need to draft a QB in the first round, regardless of anything else.

I want to see a lot of young guys get a lot of playing time.

I want to see anyone but Doug Free at RT the rest of the way.

I want to see Kellen Moore and see if he has anything at all. If not we can dump him and move on to the next project back up QB.

Phase out Brandon Carr and Barry Church so that we can just move on from these guys after the year. They're not good anyway and I'm tired of seeing them back there.

Have an all out competition for KR and PR with anyone and everyone on the roster that could possibly do it and find us a damned return man.

I want to see San Francisco, San Diego, Tennessee and Cleveland start winning some games.

I was looking at the schedule this morning, penciling in games I want other teams to win, to help us get a higher draft pick.
Looked at CBS sports website, at what QBs are rated in first round so far.

Lose Every Game
Get 1st Over-all Draft Pick
Draft the next Starting QB for the Dallas Cowboys - who sits while he learns from, Romo, as long as Romo is upright.
Move back into the first with the first pick in round two and draft a real running back
Redo Romo's contract so he will have a cap hit of about 300K a year until he is 109.
Find a real offensive line coach.
See Jerry's face on a milk carton with a caption that reads "MISSING - approach with caution."

No argument from me. I've been calling for a QB in the draft for at least three years.

As I said yesterday, Osweiler, Carr, Mettenberger, Garoppolo, Grayson, Landry, etc. were all available to the Cowboys.

I'm not saying they are franchise QBs, but IMO, I would've rolled with any of those guys, young or not, over Weeden.

I agree with everything op said. Especially Irving. I can't understand why he doesn't get more snaps.

I think he will going forward. He's actually seen the field a lot quicker and a lot more than I expected compared to others in his situation under this staff. I also think that he's ceiling is sky high and he hasn't come close to reaching it this early in his career. Kid's a future multiple pro bowler imo.

I know it's blasphemous, but I wouldn't mind a TE with a little more speed getting some focus in the offense. *shrug*

We need a TE that can stretch the seems better against cover 3.

Escobar is made for it but for some reason he's rarely out there doing it.

My guess is the coaches don't have the cajonies to tell Witten to stand on the sideline when the matchup favors Escobar.. Much like the coaches not telling Murray to sit on the bench more so he's not used up before December.

While Draft position seems to be the only thing that matters around here now, I'd still like to see the team Fight for Wins. Romo came back for that reason. The team owes him at least that much.

Reality check....we couldn't win a game without Romo; so I'm thinking we are going to finish 3-13 for the season. What happens if Romo retires do to the recent amount of injuries. Impact on the cap. We are going to select high in this years draft and we need to look to the future at QB. Let Hardy walk. Use the money to lock up our youth on the offensive line.

Oh I don't think any player would purposely tank the season.

BUT when they had to win games they couldn't... I wouldn't hold out much hope that they'll now win games when it means nothing.

If they won 2 out of the last 5 I'd be surprised.
