Seattle

One of the most fun and most beautiful cities on the planet.

I'd live there in a heartbeart if they paid me what im worth. :laugh2:

Awesome. I'm moving out there in March and don't really know anything about the area at all. Do you know anything about the different neighborhoods? I'm trying to find a place in Ballard, just based on what I've read.

I can ask a friend of ours who lives just outside of Seattle, and has for his whole life. Let me know what you're looking for and I can ask.

I am usually in Seattle 4-5x each year. I don't know much about the neighborhoods. I know it has excellent IT infrastructure and that they now have some of the best IT communities in the world. I know that they have a gorgeous girl naked roller-skater who likes to hit the Fishmarket every Saturday and cause a rukus.

I know you can get the best seafood in the world there at great prices.

I love the Dirty-Martinis at Cutters downtown.

I love Cutters for steak and seafood

About 3 blocks up from Pioneer Square are some of the best Gent Clubs ive been in.

The shopping is superb.

I just love the city. I don't know what it is about Seattle that I like so much. The people are wonderful. The club scene is really fun and most of it is very safe.

Seattle is a jewel. You are very lucky.

I visited there for a week, and while I can't provide you with any suggestions on where to go and what to do other than the obvious, I can say I think you're a lucky guy. I'd love to live there.

I'll think of a couple specific questions and then get back to you. Thanks!

Been there once. Didn't want to leave. Would love to go back.

It's on my short list of places to move to this summer. I'm just gettin' up and going...somewhere.

Been there a few times. Its a wonderful place. Prepare yourself for being dark around 4pm in the winter though

Pike Street Brewery is where I really learned to appreciate the west coast microbrew. Mario Batali's dad's place, Salumi, is amazing - as are sandwidges (and shopping) at the Spanish Table. Oh yeah, get some shoes at Fluevog (they started in BC but the Seattle store is better).

Sweet, thanks for the info man. I love good food and well made drinks, so I'll have to give Cutter's a shot. Glad to hear that you're so high on the city, like I said, I know almost nothing about it. I'm definitely going to have to hit up the fishmarket on a Sat. though!
