Second comment was hysterical

More than ever, Stephen has been a force in the FO when it comes to maintaining the Cowboys' costs within the boundaries of reason.
The days of yesteryear when the team routinely paid excessive amounts to sign prospective players has evidently come and gone.

Another comment below it was very interesting.

Cowboys are mostly comprised of drafted players (45 players), udfas (Romo, C. Beasley, D. Baily, C. Jones, L. Whitehead) ,and very few free agents–mostly plucked selectively from practice squads (D. Irving, K. Moore) or vets on minimum salary (B. Mayowa, C. Thornton, R. Davis)–I love how this team has been built and will continue to grow through the draft and not depending on free agency. And what a job the crew did on the 2016 class, with 4, 21, 96, 30 already getting starter reps and 54 getting closer each day–this has potential to be a great class.

This is like the Tex Schram / Tom Landry teams built through the draft.

Well, we are going to see some Kavon Frazier this week, and we can see if there is any reason to think he can be a part of that list.
