AS much as I hate to say it, I can see us going 4-4 the second half. Here is my take:

@Eagles toss up
Lions win
Broncos lose
@Giants lose
Chiefs lose
@Commanders Win
@Panthers Win
Rams Win

The Iggles game will make the difference. The Chiefs are another maybe.

That is very generous -- you all act like the Eagles are awful. Monday night, wounded team, in Philly -- that's a scary thought.

@Eagles = Win...we have exposed them.
Lions = Win
Broncos = Win...we have them at home...we will frustrate that offense and stuff the run.
@Giants = Win
Chiefs = Loss...not sure why...just worry about this game.
@Commanders = Win...I want blood!!!
@Panthers = Lose...this team scares me.
Rams = Win

Finish 6-2...we will absolutely deserve division after going on the road to beat the Iggles, Skins, and Gints.

OK...homer glasses off...hehe

I believe in our Defense now....this is why I think we can pull this off. The bye week can focus on redzone, and finishing off games.

Homer glasses back off....:)

the Chiefs vaunted defensive improvement have come to nothing. And their O is not as good as it was last year. We should win that game witht he way our D is playing.
Broncos-if we can get pressure on Plummer we win that game. Panthers are for real and are the best team left on our schedule. 5-3 is about what we can expect the rest of the way- but 6-2 is very possible. Philthy - might crank it up; Giants are for real and at home; Panthers are very good. I think we win one of those three.
everyone else we should beat.

I think any sureity that we beat the Giants in NY is over ambitious. After watching them demolish the Skins, I am very concerned that they might thump us good there. Hope not, but it is possible.

The Commanders game is more critical because we already lost a home game to them.

I like the Cowboys to easily beat the Lions, struggle but beat the Commanders, Rams, Chiefs and Broncos (Turkey day!) and lose to the Giants and Panthers. The MNF game against the Eagles is winnable, but it's probably a loss as well. That's 5-3, which puts the team at 10-6 and probably the 5th wildcard spot.

I agree with the 6-2 but in all honesty factoring in injuries we should win every game.

The key to the Broncos is stopping the run which I don't think Dallas will have a problem doing. Plummer can scramble but if D can get in his face and stop the run we will be in good shape to win. Defense has problems in the second half.

Chiefs are pretty much the same except you have to stop Gonzo and Priest. Hall is another factor teams have to stop. Defense is having problems this year.

Panthers are coasting through a very easy schedule.

Sunday, September 11 New Orleans 1:00 p.m. L 20 - 23
Sunday, September 18 New England 1:00 p.m. W 27 - 17
Sunday, September 25 @ Miami 1:00 p.m. L 24 - 27
Monday, October 3 Green Bay 9:00 p.m. W 32 - 29
Sunday, October 9 @ Arizona 4:15 p.m. W 24 - 20
Sunday, October 16 @ Detroit 1:00 p.m. W 21 - 20
Sunday, October 30 Minnesota 1:00 p.m. W 38 - 13
Sunday, November 6 @ Tampa Bay 1:00 p.m.
Sunday, November 13 New York Jets 4:05 p.m.
Sunday, November 20 @ Chicago 1:00 p.m.
Sunday, November 27 @ Buffalo 1:00 p.m.
Sunday, December 4 Atlanta 1:00 p.m.
Sunday, December 11 Tampa Bay 1:00 p.m.
Sunday, December 18 @ New Orleans 1:00 p.m.
Saturday, December 24 Dallas 1:00 p.m.
Sunday, January 1 @ Atlanta 1:00 p.m.

I wish Dallas had that schedule.

I predicted 10-6 at the beginning of the year so I feel comfortable in saying 5-3 the second half.

I would love to see 6-2, but ...

That would mean we have arrived a little sooner than I expected, but I could live with that !!

I think it's a tough question here. The Lions should be a win. However, we almost always struggle with them. Broncos are a difficult match up IMO. A veteran OL is a tough match up for us. If Jake plays well, I think they beat us. If not, I think we have a great chance to win. Giants have done nothing to make me think we can beat them at home. Chiefs are tough to call. Trent Green is, IMO, one of the very best QBs in the NFL. There running game is strong and they can play a little defense. That could be tough as well. We should beat the hell out of the Skinz but then again, we did for 55 minutes before and look what happened there. Panthers are all about how much pressure can be applied to Bledsoe. If they get some, we probably lose. If they don't, I think we have an excellent chance of winning. Peppers agains Rob is going to be a tough match up thou. Especially on the road. Rams, we should smoke. Philly, well, there in sad shape right now. They have Washingtion at Washington and then us. Washington is coming off a but whoppen and they can not afford to lose another division game. Philly is hurt and is in the same position. We're coming off a buy so we should be rested and ready. It all depends on how McNabb heals. If he can get well quick, I think we have problems. If he can't, I think we can beat Philly without too much trouble, so long as we don't kill ourselves with TOs. I see two gimmies, two probablies, two dog fights and two losses.

With our defense I think we have a chance to win in every single game remaining. Thus far Dallas has been their worst enemy; if we cut down on mistakes we have a good chance against any team out there.

I don't know what league you guys are following. I didn't agree with one of your 2nd half predictions. Predicting a schedule outcome is always an excersize in futility. TOO MANY VARIABLES: Injuries, how a team is playing at that time.
I'm sorry but I don't see a superbowl team on this schedule. All these games are winnable. I refuse to put a W or L by any of these teams because nothing is assured. However, I will predict a point spread and a % chance of winning.

@PHI -1 45% I give them the advantage because of the Home Monday
deal, but my gut says thier done and we show the world.
DET +10 95% They're just not good. Bad teams lose on the road.
DEN +4 70% I don't care what they did to the eagles. This team is just
not nearly as good on the road and off grass. You'll see.
@NYG -3 35% Could be our toughest remaining game.
KC +6 80% See Denver.
@WAS +4 70% By week 14 perhaps sooner,they will look more like the
Skins we know.
@CAR pk 50% This team has significant injuries to its defense and is
not nearly as good as most believe. Just look at the results
thier schedule to date.
RAMS +8 90% Mathematically eliminated from playoffs. Not a threat.

If we take care of philly, I think we may be on our way to 6-2 or mabye even 7-1.

That's how I feel too. I think the coaches gotta step it up another notch too! Red zone playcalling, and a few other things.

Skins game...flat out execution failure...our fault.
Raiders game...we had a very conservative game plan and played to it.
Hawks game...failure to take advantage/execute of two redzone possesions....walked away with 3 points.

With the exception of the Raiders game we controlled them...

I think all but possibly Lions and Rams are tossups, and that depends on our avoiding critical injuries. I think we have a fair (50:50 or better) chance to win every one of them, but that means we have a fair chance to lose them, too. Let's play them one at a time and hope for the best.

From your breakdowns, I see 4-4 or 5-3! Whre do you believe that we are going 7-1?

Not that I wouldn't love it, but I just don't think this team is there yet. It is a confidence issue. They still expect to lose some games. They don't yet really believe they are as good as they could be.

We gotta have Henry back, and a healthy JJ to even go 5-3. JMO

I think the Broncos and Chiefs are two of the best teams left on the schedule. Both are better than the Iggles.

I really like our team and the future is going to be awesome. I say 4-4, its a tough schedule. I hope I am wrong, just trying to be realistic.

The Eagles will be fighting for their life, whether they lose to Washington this week or not. But, I'm not sure how much life they have left. Their defense was exposed again yesterday, and offensively, a double team on T.O. would have shut them completely down.
