Maybe the team needs to bring in a specialist to teach these DBs how to lower the boom. I suggest that the expert be Darren Woodson. He can teach a master class on laying down the wood.

Kearse is great around the LOS they should be looking at getting him more time in Neal's spot.

Not impressed by 42 at all he’s been very meh as a player.

This is interesting coz he blames poor tackling........not miscommunication or mental errors.

Tackling has been very poor outside the box, remember how DJ Moore killed us with the yards after catch, same could be said about Toney two weeks ago. However, there have been a few big passing plays over the top against both our corners too. They need to tighten up their tackling and less chunk plays will occur.

Whatever it is they better get it together before the Vikes game. From what I see, they probably match with us better than any team we've faced so far. Their offense has single-digit rankings across the board. Their D, like our has some issues........

In fact, this game scares me more than Bucs Chargers, and Pats. Two elite offense with shaky defenses tells me the game with either be high scoring or blowout by one team.

This is an excellent challenge, Davin Cook will be our biggest test thus far against our run defense and this will be another game where the passing offense has to win us the game as we will struggle to run against their front. Very good offensive weapons, but still don't trust Cousins in a big spot.

I don't see us winning this game if we don't clean up the mistakes from the last couple of games.......careless turnovers and penalties

I would agree we need to do better tackling, frustrating part is then seeing a guy get penalized for making a great hit on the WR as Kazee did. I think todays football is much harder for defensive players to go out and make those big hits so you see more grabbing and less running through the ball carrier.

interesting...its either bad tackling or bad angles that allows the reciever to make large gains after the catch.

This is not a Cowboys only problem. Due to the changes in the CBA relative to contact and padded practices, as well as wanting to avoid injuries to players in practice, tackling is terrible league wide. There needs to be a more concerted effort to work with the players on wrapping up and taking guys to the ground. Frankly, I'm not sure that this is something that can be fixed without changes in how teams are allowed to practice.

I feel the defensive turnovers and helped us win these sloppy games, if they don't clean them up, better teams will beat us.
