Secondary????

How do you guys think about are seconary because to me we need a big change in that part of the team

New RG and RT.

New FS.

At least 1 new inside backer and throw in a cornerback as well.

RB could be a concern as well.........

I'd like to see us start w/ a coach that can teach the players something, and then get some physically talented players that can learn. We've had at least 3 1st rnd picks in that 2ndary thes last 5 years, and none of them can make an INT or tackle. Did anybody see the Saints DBs last night? I'd never heard of any of them except Shanle and he's a LB...

Speaking only to the secondary, Jenkins and Newman are the only guys who should even still be on this team next year. Ball if you move him back to #3 or #4 cornerback. Both starting safeties and scandrick need to be gone for sure.

Our defensive play is becoming very predictable a pee wee, or high school offense would shred this secondary.

Jay Cutler, Vince Young, and David Garrard are average NFL passers and they all had their best game against this "talent" ladden defense, I'm tired of seeing the DBs lined up 10 yds off the line of scrimmage allowing a 10yd cushion for WRs they had no business allowing Kenny Britt, Devin Hester, Johnny Knox, and Mike Simms-Walker to run wild like that through the secondary.

We are now the laughing stock of the NFL.

I think we have talent back there. I just see Campo as a problem. They never turn their heads for the ball. Ok never is not correct. But they don't turn and look for the ball enough. And they do play off the WRs too much.

saftey and then MLB. fix those and the corners will take care of itself. right now we are getting gashed up the middle in passing and running

Jon Kitna was right about Bradie James being a liability in pass coverage when he was QBing the Lions it showed yesterday when Mercedes Lewis torched him, and Brooking for TDs just sickening to me this has gone on long enough time for a major change.

I'll take jenkins as my #1 guy. Clearly the guy has talent and plays the ball better then any other CB we have. He's had a bad year but He's a still better then everything else we got.


Newman is a injury waiting to happen. You can never depend on a guy that gets touched and gets up limping. He's made of glass.


Scandrick is a complete JOKE. Get rid of his sorry *** ASAP.
