No, cuts had to be made by 6:00. FA started at 10:00 but it appears that there's going to be another extension. That's why we haven't heard about any cuts yet.

Just delay it another 2 weeks. What's the difference? They keep extending it each time they run out of time.

Neither side wants to go into next year with out an extension. It's just a matter of time before they compromise.
