Self awareness/accountability

Never heard him give a bad PC / interview. He's smart enough to know what to say and seems like a cool guy overall.

All that matters is what happens on the field though. And I wish him all the best, for himself and for our team, to get back on track and truly be a top 5 QB. He just hasn't been for a month now. He needs to put that behind him.

I still feel that he has been pushing too hard. He needs to relax, and settle down a bit. Also get the running game back on track.
Part of that could be and a good part of it is, the plays calls as well. And that incudes running plays. The stubbornness of Moore going up the middle every run is ridiculous.

The biggest takeaway I got from that interview was when Dak was talking about the way defenses are playing him— ie they aren’t blitzing him anymore

He acknowledged that is requiring patience from him and the entire offense.

IMO— although there are several factors and variables affecting the offense— that might be the most significant.

Dak has always excelled against the blitz. Teams take that away, and he is struggling to adapt, make the safe read, and move the ball. He called himself “greedy” the other day after throwing the INT in NO. I think impatient might be more accurate.

In all his trying prove everyone wrong— he is putting too much on himself. Right now he needs to settle down and just get the ball to his playmakers and let them work the ball down the field.

I wish many members on here that applaud Dak no matter what would also stand up like Dak and say "I have really sucked lately." to show self-awareness and accountability.
Did you see last nights game. The Chargers quarterback blew that. What is he doing throwing slide on you should’ve thrown the ball over the top. Plus the coach blew that game. You don’t leave points on the field. Two field goals they win

He’s a true leader and a top 5 QB. I’m guessing he’ll prove it. Again. And again.

Got some doggie teams coming up looking to move up in the Draft so YES Rayne will be back baby!!!!!
And come crashing down once he hits a defense with a pulse.....

I agree. He's not letting his instincts take over. He's not letting the game flow.

Especially when you are in a....slump?....you can't push even more. You have to kind of reset...regroup. Relax. You been doing this all your life, you've shown you can do it. And you have to help other players bring their game up too. Some instruction, encouragement...leadership....not shoes.

One of the the things I have noticed about other teams' offenses....there seems to be a lot of space. Ours seems bunched up like we're getting in our own way. For example. Pollard's last TD.....there was space....we knocked some people down. Tony maneuvered through that space and scored.

Other times we're stepping on and tripping over our own ankles.

Just need to relax, get a little more creative in plays rather than trying to force a will we don't have.

What does Herbert have to do with Dak? That said, Herbert led the Chargers to a game leading TD with 2:19 left to play and the Chargers defense allowed the Chiefs to go 75 yards in 1:03 to tie the game with a TD.......but that's on Herbert? Nice try.

we call it pressing always wanting the big play to prove his doubters wrong , hes not taking the underneath stuff or the easy stuff always forcing the bigger play.

I think in the playoffs we will see more aggressive dak with RPOS and running and he will go back to small ball,

teams and player splay different on the payoffs, coaches coach differently..you think if the Chargers play KC again and in those same moments like last night go for it FIVE(05) times 3 in the RZ and were 2-5 but passed up on 3 easy fgs..

this place would have flipped they call MM an idiot and he does it half as much as Staley. stelty will not do this in the playoffs. You take the points until truly aggressive move is needed.in my calculations they lost 2 games not they should have won because of all those aggressive analytics moves.

.point is dak will be hyper aware that every snap means much more in the payoffs and there no next game unless you leave it all out on the field and he will play much differently.

wouldnt say top 5 top 10 yes but hes dropped off since the bye..since the calf..hes mentally and or physically not the same..im sure he will come out of this non slump lol

Hhahahah amazing. So when Dak did that. In the playoffs. And the defense let Aaron Rodgers score it wasn’t Daks fault? Or does that logic only apply to players not in a Cowboys uniform?

Run game sucks, Oline playing horrible and his receivers have been in and out of the lineup. Not to mention he has been ailing. Is it any wonder why Dak and the offense have been in a slump?

Its like some of you have no clue why things happen. AS if we just woke up one day, nothing has changed and for whatever reason the offense is slumping. LOL

And for all the 50 Dak threads I never hear any of you homers talk about the real elephant in the room. The 15 million dollar RB that has completely sucked for 7 games in a row now. I mean, he has literally been one of the least effective backs in the NFL during that stretch.

Is Zeke in a slump or you dont want to talk about that?

There you go with your idiot posts and Zeke hate, and insulting little comments.
You have no clue what is going on or the real issues.
I won't discuss Zeke's injury and how that effects production, because there is no discussion with you.
I do not argue or discuss with insanity it is a waste of my time.

I find it very funny Zeke lives inside your head 24/7. Your post are pathetic, constantly...so go ahead, come back with your insults and BS, as you usually do.
Hurry before I put you back on ignore for a few more days. I been refraining from responding to your post of stupidity for the last week. Actually I never really even read much of your crap lately. :lmao:
