My preference would be Cooper or Warmack.

We've struggled in the run game for the last few years, especially in the redzone, and we've been unable to protect Romo adequately enough, especially in the middle. I think getting a premium player on the inside will help set this team back on track. Combine either with Tyron Smith, and I think we're working with something. The other elements of the line will be easier to address if we start with those two.

I think Cooper fits a Zone Blocking scheme a lot more than Warmack, but I wouldn't be upset at having a real mauler either.

People I'd love to be sold on:

Kenny Vaccaro
Sheldon Richardson
Sylvester Williams

I've even heard people talk about Tyler Eifert. Good luck selling me on that one.

Could you sell me on Vaccaro?

I know we need O line help and I hope that is addressed. I also hope that Jerry surprises us and somehow lands Tyler Wilson. I know this is unlikely but Wilson has alot of upside and could learn under Romo and possibly be our future QB. I think Wilson goes in the 2nd round which will be a round where we address more important needs but you never know....

Best safety in the draft. We need a safety.

We need a safety with range and play making ability who can cover half the field.

We have plenty of options at safety. Eric Reid, Jonathan Cyprien, Phillip Thomas, Matt Elam...

and if Vacarro was looked at by others as he is you he would not be rated as the highest safety in the draft.

I'm not going to try and sell any player to another fan but there is a reason he is rated higher than the others. You may like the others but they are not looked at as better.

Like you I do hope to get Cooper or Warmack in that order but I don't see Vaccaro as a bad pick and these coaches and scouts are seeing a lot more than some utube video

Offensive Line - Warmack or DJ Fluker
Safety- Eric Reid/ DJ Swearginer
Runningback Levon Bell/ Stefan Taylor
Defensive Tackle- Benny Logan
Wide Receiver- Best Available
Tight End- Best Available

If we miss out on O Linemen in first round, make this the first priority in Free Agency (Eric Winston)
