Sending Jerry a Message By Not Buying Cowboys Merchandise - Question?

For all you Zoners who say the only way to evoke change is to get Jerry's attention by not buying shirts or hats, or going to games, here's a question:

How many of you have cancelled your cable or satellite TV? I mean, if you really are gonna cost him dollars or not put a cent of your own money in his pocket then you really should cancel your TV subscription, NO?

I wonder how committed to the boycott idea you guys are that wont buy a hat.

I'll always have the Sunday Ticket because Jerry Jones won't prevent me from watching the NFL but I wouldn't walk across the street to sit in his ego and watch his flawed product nor would I spend a dime on any team merchandise.

Every time you watch a Cowboys game, read an article about the Cowboys, listen to Cowboys discussions on the the radio, make a Cowboys related post online (even if complaining), wear any Cowboys gear you already own, talk to anyone about the Cowboys in person (even if complaining), etc., you are supporting the Dallas Cowboys as the team benefits from promotion and exposure.

The only way to send a message to Jerry or the Cowboys organization would be to stop doing all of that. If you did that, then you wouldn't be a fan and if you aren't a fan, you wouldn't care about sending a message to Jerry or the Cowboys organization.

If Cowboys items are garbage, then that would include all of the Cowboys items you already own as well. I suggest rather than throwing out your "garbage", you should consider donating it to a local homeless shelter. There are people there who would love your garbage. It's a win for you as you would rid yourself of the horrible garbage while getting a tax benefit for the donation, and it's a win for the homeless who would appreciate and benefit from the items that bother you so much.

Just picked up a bunch of cowboys stuff for me my wife and father. Jerry has nothing to do with my love for the cowboys. I will always represent them.

It's nothing against Jerry, I just find team merchandise to be expensive. I'll get trinkets and a t-shirt here or there, but for the most part, I don't buy much Cowboys stuff. If my money's right, then I'll go to a game. I'm all for going to a Cowboys game, because nothing beats an in-game experience with the Cowboys at either Texas Stadium or Cowboys Stadium.

It certainly isn't like he doesn't max out spending every year.

Well... I don't have NFL network, last Jersey I got was Barber, no new hats or otherwise; Won't even buy shot glasses from Ross with Cowboys logo.
