Same times again today.

Mayock is breaking down Posluszny. Not much about him other that "instincts" "a player"

Interviewing Troy Smith. Mayock interviewed FL's DC and he said the key to the game was making every pre-snap read for Smith the exact same.

Smith's giving a very generic interview. He seemingly prepped really well with stock safe answers. Everyone's great and he learns from everyone. - He came off very polished and someone who could be the face of a franchise.

Mayock broke down Willis - Says he'll go late first to mid second.. Quality blitzer and surprisingly athletic - 38 inch vertical.

Kirwan's on set today - Really impressed with Levi Brown.

Mayock's very disappointed in McCauley in his senior year and SB.

Kirwan is disappointed in Tony Ugoh

Hey Stan,

If at all possible, give me as much G2 on Weddle as you can. Thank you Stan.

Stan,

Which players have stood out the most in your opinion? Guys we should be keeping an eye on . . . .

Myles WR from WVA - Never knew he was this good because WVA isn't really a throwing offense.

Okoye DT from Louisville - I haven't seen anyone block him all week.

Ross CB from Texas - By far the quickest feet of the CBs

Mike Singletary - I know he's not a player but has a tremendous attitude and works well with the young guys.

Crosby K from Colorado - A lot of kickers struggle when switching to the NFL ball but he hasn't missed this week that I know of.

Surprisingly good interview on now with Drew Rosenhaus

Discussed players preparing for the combine. How players and their agents must try to recruit teams instead of vice versa.

No pads today - shorts and helmets.

Smith threw three INTs yesterday.

Showing Offensive skill guys only. Smith threw a couple of wobblers. Stanton threw the ball crisply. Myles caught a slant with his hands. Hill looked a little nonchalant.

Mayock broke down Stanton, says his biggest problem is that he anticipates pressure that isn't there.

Really boring practice today. No 1 on 1s yet, just a lot of drills and practicing handoffs. They did show a double reverse to Hill that we'll probably see on Saturday.

Williams dropped one.

Myles needs to work on dragging the second foot on the sideline.

More commercials today and very little action. Flat out boring today.

Mayock has Weddle ranked #12 on his DB's. He's one of the highest SS, though.

Interestingly, he has Reggie Nelson at #10 which I feel is way too low.

Thanks.

With respect to Okoye, I heard he came in around 278 lbs., or somewhere around there. He was down from 300+ lbs. Could he work as a 34 end, or is he basically a DT?

He could definitely be a great 3-4 DE but he but he's more of a 3 technique. He's got some impressive pass rush moves. He's used a push/pull and inside move effectively all week but he's left a few OLinemen standing alone with a spin move.

In fairness to Mayock, he's said that most of the juniors are artificially low right now because he hasn't studied enough tape of them and didn't start most reviews of them until they declared.

Great stuff, Stan.

I'm just trying to focus on several guys who may still be around when we pick in the 1st. Not that we desparately need another 34 end, of course.

Unfortunately, with the week that Okoye's had, unless he does something stupid between now and the draft, I doubt he'll be there.

Weddle had great coverage on McKnight but McKnight made a spectacular catch on a back shoulder fade.

Weddle held Williams on the same play.

Myles just destroyed Hall on a slant from the 5.

McKnight beat McCauley.

Rouse is covering the fade really well.

Gattis had decent coverage on a back shoulder on Hill

Williams with a fade over Weddle. Weddle doesn't seem to be able to get up high.

Myles is uncoverable.

Into special teams

Clowney, McCauley are the KR right now.

They don't want Crosby to blast KOs because they want to work on returns.

1 on 1s OL/DL with no pads. This is exciting. It's like watching sumo wrestlers play patty-cake.

Now 7 on7s.

Stanton with a great short post to Mcknight, Wilson had good coverage.

Stanton on a curl to Williams another TD.

Stanton for a 5 yard curl. Good coverage from entire D.

From the 2 - Stanton fade to Williams - He pushed McCauley down but still dropped it.

From the 2 - Stanton to McKnight on an out/pick play for a TD.

Mayock - Weddle's always been around the football. Likes Okoye, Mebane, Spencer and Harris from Michigan.

Okoye's only 19.

Doing a few team drills. Clayton from Kansas State showed a pretty good burst but said he had a few off-field issues.

Weddle doesn't have the athletcism to play CB full-time.

I think he can be a dependable SS though and he'll be a demon on ST.

After watching him for four years at the U, there's no question that he's a player.
