Like most 2nd rounders his bonuses are likely already paid. He was a 2nd round pick -- they get 4 year deals, usually at or around minimum salary with a signing bonus. His incentives are meaningless, if he meets them he's done enough to earn the 1 mill extra.

This is basic stuff Angus. 2nd round picks don't have massive deals or contracts that are problematic.
