Seriously. why an extension now?

Does anyone want him? No. Will it benefit recruiting? No, this isn't college. There is absolutely ZERO reason to do this right now, and about 100 reasons why NOT to do it. The bar is at an absolute low right now for this organization....NOBODY believes this guy can ever lead us through the playoffs to a Super Bowl, no matter how many "decent" seasons we have. This team was NOT ready last nite....the same way they were not ready in our last Divisional game against Green Bay. That game alone told me everything about this red headed fraud....we had two (2) years to sit and stew over the Dez robbery, but yet when we got them at our place we let them run off to a 21-3 lead....unreal. Say all you want about NY, Philly, Chicago fans and media.....but I do know that their fans wouldn't have put off with this S for ten (10) years....and the media would have helped carry the torch. I've been a Cowboys fan for 45 years....lived in Dallas for 33 and only missed seeing 1 game while out of the country...even found a dangerous club to watch the games in illegally during the blacked out years. But I am done watching if this idiot is extended for winning a meaningless playoff game...I will be back when Jerry is serious about winning which looks to be never. What Jerry is about to due makes no sense given that The Clapping Carrot has been given EVERYTHING he has ever asked for. Who gives an S if his players like him? Did they play hard for him last nite? They only played hard after week eight (8) when they realized that they may lose the substitute teacher, and inherit a HC that actually may hold them accountable instead of clap after they get a hands to the face penalty. This whole rotten mess stinks, and please do not by into the hype that we are the 91 Cowboys, and Super Bowls are just around the corner....the NFL is year to year...the Jaguars will tell you that. Something has to happen soon...we have put up with this current malaise long enough.

I would be in favor of a one year extension with a $2M pay cut.

With a clause that you get a $2M bonus for winning multiple playoff games in a single year.
