Does anyone know the How to setup process for streaming game broadcast?

It's been my expereince that with windows XP if you click the link and don't automatically start the streaming process (after accepting any downloads you may need or updates) then your firewall may be causing the problem.

Actually, I'm trying to figure out the process used to broadcast the live feed from a computer.
