Excuse me guys but where is the site settings located? My screen has shrunk down to nothing and I cant find where to restore it. Thanks

That's not a site setting.

You resized the screen in your browser likely while holding CTRL (or CMD if Mac) and scrolling the mouse wheel.

Just look in your browser address bar for the magnifying glass, click it and click RESET button in it.

Is it an Android or iPhone? And which browser is it?

It's probably a setting in your phone or browser, but would likely depend on which of those are used.

I know some browsers support zoom even on mobile.

There's also desktop mode which if set/enabled will force it show the desktop version of the site.

Definitely not a site setting though.
