Terrelle Pryor is someone who could match the size and athleticism of Dez, but can he catch it.....

This is Street's week to show up. The Eagles like to play man and aren't strong at all at #2 and #3 CB. If he can't win a fair share against Nolan Carroll, I mean I don't know why we keep him active expecting him to contribute.

I think Williams will be fine and able to separate from Maxwell or whoever. Same goes for Beasley, Witten and Escobar. Street and Whitehead need to step up be a factor.

If our oline holds up this week, Romo could definitely dissect the eagles. I don't think they are impressive at all in their secondary.

Oh heck no they aren't. I watched that game last night and Atlanta had guys running free all night long.(Maxwell looked pretty average btw) Granted, Jones and White are awesome but Philly's Dline isn't spectacular outside of Cox. TFred might be able to handle Cox 1 on 1 in pass pro...we shall see.

The more I think about this, the more I hope we get Hakeem Nicks in here. Just not comfortable with Devin Street lining up on the outside.

I'm not at all comfortable with someone we bring in today being ready to go on Sunday. We've seen too many times over the years the ball end up in the other teams hands because the wideout and Romo weren't on the same page when it came to reading the coverage or just running the wrong route. I want no part of that.

Looks like we signed Brice Butler. Was at USC 4 years then did the senior transfer thingie to San Diego State. 2013 7th round pick by Raiders. Son of former Falcons DB Bobby Butler. Ran a 4.3 40 at USC.

I'm glad they got Brice, what do you think?

Very limited knowledge of the guy Dave. But he certainly does have the measurables. I don't see an immediate impact from him but stranger things have happened. I think he's a low risk, high reward project that will reveal itself somewhere around Week 8 when it's decision time on whether or not we keep him.
