A broken clock theoryWhat is a clear path? They haven't been on that path in 27 tears.

I'm glad we went out and signed a proven DT to stop that. Ohh wait...let's keep singing the definition of insanity!Yeah, but just like that playoff loss to the Rams in 2018, how many times were they in obvious passing situations? A handful at best? Can't get sacks without the opportunity.
In our last two playoff games we needed their QBs to throw the ball in order to win. But they didn't have to, they ran the ball all game. Goff got like 186 yards passing and Garoppolo less than that.
I'm convinced they could make it....
It is the strangest thing that so many don't comprehend how important it is to stop the run. Jerry definitely doesn't. We lose year after year when we make the playoffs because we can't stop the run, why would anyone want to spin that away and claim it was something else?Yeah, but just like that playoff loss to the Rams in 2018, how many times were they in obvious passing situations? We have proven defensive tackles it's proven that they can't stop the run in the playoffs when teams are good. Seems to be proven conclusively every time we make the playoffs and a team like the Rams or the 49ers run us overI'm glad we went out and signed a proven DT to stop that. And I mean it's been blatantly bad. And yet, we still go after WR's and CB's instead. If Jerry puts down the dumb stick for just one second and takes, for example, Alim McNeil over Kelvin Joseph, we beat SF.We have proven defensive tackles it's proven that they can't stop the run in the playoffs when teams are good. Cut your crack intake in half though.Yep, David is correct when he states.......Hey, Dak we paid you 40 million to carry this team to the SB time to put up or sit down!!!
No moves to assist him from his roster losses and the message is loud and clear!
An interesting year coming up as I need to double up on my liquor order!!!
That Acid got you seeing Franchise Dak........yep only in a fantasy world for sure for sure!!!Cut your crack intake in half though.
Not only that, but the best way to disrupt the passing game is w/ a complete, disruptive DLine, one that both makes it impossible to run between the tackles as well as collapsing the pocket to reduce the effectiveness of the QB.I completely agree and it's why I can only get but so excited about the upcoming season or any season for that matter.
Until we concentrate on building the team properly which is not rocket science by any stretch of the imagination we are destined to fail when the going gets tough.
Sure it's a passing league teams may want to pass but they are going to attack the weak link which is the center of the trenches on both sides of the ball at this point.
27 years and counting. Us and the Lions.STOP! Just stop please. Every year it’s the same useless talk during this time of the year and it never happens.
