22. Indiana CB Tracy Porter

super, fast CB w/ great recognition skills, agility, burst to the ball, and hands, is a playmaker in the secondary, is also aggressive against the run, flies to the ball and wraps up very well, Porter expects to run a 4.2 at the Combine, he's also a very, good punt returner

comparison: Terrence Newman

28. ECU RB Cris Johnson

super fast, agile RB, w/ a compact build, slides well across the LOS to find the hole, has good vision and balance, a very good receiver out of the backfield, could even line up outside, is expected to run a 4.3 at the Combine, also a very, good kick-off returner

comparison: Bryan Westbrook

2. Cal WR Lavelle Hawkins

quick WR who is a smooth and precise route-runner, has great hands, is capable of stretching teams deep, overshadowed by DeSean Jackson at Cal, but is a very, nice receiver in his own right, could end up being a better pro, he had a great week of practice at the Senior Bowl, and showed well in the game

comparison: Steve Smith, NY

3. SJSU CB Dwight Lowery

good-sized CB w/ great anticipation and recognition skills, a playmaker in the secondary who is very, good when keeping the play in front of him, fits nicely in our zone-coverage scheme

4. UCLA LB Bruce Davis

great rush-end in college, but smaller size (6'3" 230lbs) all but assures his switch to OLB, where he practiced at during the Senior Bowl week, showed promise there, is capable of playing inside in our scheme as well, due to shorter height

5. Boston College S Jamie Silva

aggressive safety who makes plays against both the run and pass, is a very, good tackler, has good recognition and playing speed, adds immediate production to kick and punt-coverage units

6. Georgia C/OG Fernando Velasco

huge mauler, who once he gets his hands on you, the battle is over, also possesses good quickness and has a strong hand-punch, also could play OG where he could be a good in-line drive blocker, is a Hudson Houck Olineman

7. Ole Miss RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis

squatty back who runs low to the ground, which gives him a great center of gravity, has good agility, was a 1,000 yard rusher for an underrated Ole Miss team, the last 2 years, also gives good effort as a blocker

Love the first 4 picks and would not be upset if it turns out this way. I do not know much about the last 3. I would not be surprise if we go for 2 Cb's in this draft. A 1st rounder and a middle rounder. Nice job.

well... I really like it... I think we could get Hawkins in the 3rd allowing us to pick up another CB in the 2nd or a RB but I would be very happy with that draft..

I'm not totally sold on Porter yet. All week during the Senior Bowl I kept hearing about a lack of physicality from him, and during the game I saw him struggle to make several tackles.

This actually looks a lot like mine. The theme? Speed, speed, speed!

1> McKelvin/Rodgers-Cromartie (CB)
1> Chris Johnson (RB)
2> Andre Caldwell (WR)
3> Trae Williams (CB)
4> Harry Douglas (WR)
