Yeah. I came away with the same thought. I really enjoy Shango but he gave Canty a little too much credit. I did think the Gurode/faceplate/Haynesworth talk was funny. I also like the Brooking and Kitna signings. Bottom line... We got better at the backup QB and backup LB positions. I'm good with that.

Yeah. I came away with the same thought. I really enjoy Shango but he gave Canty a little too much credit. I did think the Gurode/faceplate/Haynesworth talk was funny. Musiq Souldchild just wanted something to say on that video. We are better at back up qb. The whole thing about not being able to start for the worse team isa bogus point because he was the best qb on that team. When a team is that bad, they experiment. I like canty, but he overhyped him like you said, and as far as gurode and the faceplate, the reason haynesworth stomped him is because gurode abused him alllllllllllll day that game, so there is some hope against competing against haynesworth.

That's what I remember too. Gurode played him so well that he got frustrated and reacted to what was considered a substandard game for him to that point.

That is not the definition of insanity and quite frankly we signed Brooking for chump change and got a quality backup QB. Drama queen much?

It is way too early to buy into the negativity. Canty is clearly not the player he thinks he is and I will gladly take a season with low expectations and shock the world instead one with high expectation and laying an egg.

We are getting too caught up in perception (media driven or otherwise).

I feel his frustration with the state of the Dallas Cowboys,however it remains to be seen how Canty will fare next year and bottom line you cant keep everybody in todays salary cap
