I've been watching a lot of linebackers that will be a good fit and Shaq Thompson is legit. The dude flies all over the place and plays angry. Check out this article:

In a 2015 NFL Draft that is shaping up to have a ridiculous amount of talent, one defensive prospect is being overlooked. Washington linebacker Shaq Thompson has all the skills you want in an outside linebacker, and he will be a first-round selection in 2015, despite the lack of hype.

Thompson is a super-athletic, aggressive player that fits best in a 4-3 system at the next level. Sure, he’s a bit on the small side at 6-foot-2, 225 pounds, but he has the frame to add more size if needed. Not to mention, the man plays with an unbelievable motor and has a great understanding of the game.

What sets Thompson apart from other players, however, is his athleticism. On top of being a star defensive player for the Huskies, Thompson has also made cameos on offense, and is actually solid on the offensive side of the ball. Also, let’s not forget the fact that Thompson simply flies off the snap. He often explodes around offensive linemen before they even get a chance to react, and with his lack of elite size, this skill is going to help him tremendously at the next level.

Overall, Thompson is a player who is on the rise going into 2014. In a draft lauded for itssuperior talent on both sides of the ball, Thompson looks like he could end up playing his way into the first round. Thompson is going to be a force to be reckoned with for Washington this season, and he is going to be a high pick in next year’s draft because of it.

He looks better than Shazier to me--perfect for the WILL.

I agree, he is a prefect WOLB in the tampa 2 but who knows what we will be runnin next year, Also we might keep McClain in the middle and move Lee to Weak side which he would be better at.
With that I said I am a big fan on THompson, a former safety not LB.
