After the story with Tyler Kost (Look it up if you haven't heard about it) I reserve judgement on these things. Rape accusations are easily one the more complicated cases you can come across and they eventually devolve into he said/she said. I am, however, glad that this woman went right away to get tests done which too many avoid.

I have seen these situations a few thousand times. Unfourtunatley for the real victims it clouds the entire situation. There is almost never a way to have more than two sides when you need a third.

Sadly a DNA kit, her panties and earring along with a good sob story at trial is probably enough for her to win a civil suit even if it was consensual. Unless there are signs of physical abuse on the victim, it's going to be really hard to prove one way or another. It's basically he said, she said.

It is, but if there is any physical evidence whatsoever that he did it she won't be able to collect from him because he won't be drafted.

Like everything else, lets wait and see what the facts are.
