Shedeur Sanders

Will shedeur sander’s surprise the league and you?
I wouldn't be surprised. It's clear he was better than a 5th rounder.

I don't think Browns are going to give him a good shot at starting though.....he's gonna suck and they will take someone top 10 next year and they will suck too.

He’s not off to a good start off the field.

Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders was cited by police early Tuesday morning for driving 101 mph, according to police records.

An officer for the Strongsville (Ohio) Police Department stopped Sanders at 12:24 a.m. for driving 41 mph over the posted 60 mph speed limit in his black Dodge TRX truck, according to records.

Sanders, 23, a projected first-round pick who was selected by the Browns after falling to the fifth round of this year's draft, must either pay a $250 fine for the fourth-degree misdemeanor or fight the ticket in Strongsville Mayor's Court on July 3.

Sanders participated in the Browns' mandatory minicamp last week. He remained in Cleveland along with other rookies for an orientation, according to Cleveland.com.

He is currently the 4th string QB. If they don’t trade one of the other guys then there’s a scenario where he doesn’t make the 53

Read an article this morning in which Sanders proclaimed, “I learned.” Did you, did you learn? Given that this is his 2nd offense, of very similar nature just this month - methinks not.

According to a Medina [Ohio] Municipal Court record that was filed June 6, Sanders was pulled over by the Ohio State Patrol earlier this month. In that alleged violation, which took place June 5 Sanders was stopped for driving 91 mph in a 65 mph zone.

Apparently, Sanders failed to appear for his arraignment for that citation on Monday and faces $269 in fines and court costs.

Don’t know what you’ve learned, young Sanders, but you’re certainly painting a picture.
Just can’t imagine how NFL execs. could have walked away from the interview process believing you are anything other than humble and responsible beyond your years.

Jerry Jones got in a high speed wreck last year.

Sam Williams crashed his brand new corvette driving high speeds 2 years ago and was arrested.

Sam Williams was again arrested for carrying a gun and drugs a few months later.

People in glass houses and such.

I guess when you’ve grown up your entire life as Deion’s son and told how great you are you turn into a privileged little you know what. That will get knocked out of him in the NFL but the question is can he survive until he wakes up and grow up.

You may wanna retry that link lol…

Thought I’d revisit this and bump this thread. Does anyone feel different at this point?
Why would I think anything different? I thought he was a 2nd/3rd round talent with the possibility to develop into something better. Preseason won't change that opinion.

The Jets were feeling pretty good about Zach Wilson after 2 preseason games.

He has sufficient physical talent to be a starter

it is what is between the ears that will tell the tale

if the humiliation of the draft humbled him enough to cause a major attitude change then just maybe

we shall see

If the Browns decide to keep Gilbert over Shedeur Sanders, should the Cowboys go after Shedeur since the Cowboys need a better backup QB?
