This is kinda nuts considering where he was projected to go. I think it's a bit of the "Tim Tebow" effect. He's a celebrity not just a QB which creates unnecessary distraction. Just look at all the media attention he generates. He was the biggest storyline in last nights draft and he wasn't even taken. Imagine the media attention his new team is going to have to deal with........ a lot of teams are saying "no thanks" to this rookie.

Deion did him no favors. Deion promised that he would be a top 5 pick in this draft, Deion promised that Shedeur would not play for certain teams. The kid turned down interviews with teams that he felt would be a waste of time as they were picking too late. No Combine workout, a Pro Day that was pretty embarrassing. His camp or team played it all wrong unfortunately. I bet Milroe goes before him at this point.

Commish
"We have a trade. The Cleveland Browns have traded the 33rd pick and a 1st round pick in 2026 and 2027 to the Dallas Cowboys."
"With the 33rd pick, the Dallas Cowboys select, Sheduer Sanders, celebrity, Colorado."
lol

In some aspects I feel sorry for the kid (but not that sorry LOL).

The reality is his father set him up for success, but at the same time, set him up for failure as well.

When I read people who wouldn't give their name claiming the kind comes across as entitled, doesn't seem to far off the mark.

And nobody scouted him more than the NYG......... and they passed on him TWICE. That had to hurt.

I seem to recall where I read/heard where he said he wouldn't sign with a team that passed on him in the draft. Looks like he can take his jersey number, his dad and go play in the CFL !!!

People are ignoring the football side of this too. What is his “trait”? Like Cam Ward is big, big arm, mobile for that size. When Allen was picked, despite decent college numbers, his traits were off the charts - big arm and freaky mobility for his size.

What are Sanders’ big, projectible traits?

Now throw in the stories of bad interviews, general cockiness and a potential meddling dad, and you can see why he fell.

I see why he fell. I don't see how Jackson Dart goes ahead of him. If New Orleans doesn't take him tonight, he might slide quite a bit further.

Lots of truth there..

Btw, Cam Ward is not a “big” QB.
Might even be slightly below average size
He does have a big arm though!

With the Saints taking a seven-year college player......you can't convince me there isn't some funny stuff going on.

Not funny stuff. He just isn't that good and the headache with him will be astronomical.
Never seen this happen for someone talked about all year.....we'll have to wait....as for headaches.....did Will Levis provide some last year after being handed the keys? That was too easy.

Dak’s been a migraine for 10 years. Now that was easy.

So sorry your hero is dropping. Did Will Levis refuse to meet with teams because he didn't think they would draft him later than the 3rd pick? Was Will Levis one of the worst interviews than teams had ever interviewed as was reported? And I doubt Levis's father will be constantly questioning his coach in the media when he doesn't give Will his way. These were TOO EASY.

Just as suspected.....a claim about him being my hero. Talking football here, but you off the ledge with some manure. Will Levis interviews and Will Levis father?.......the play was on the field that I saw last year and Tenn obviously had a close up view and corrected that immediately. Can't we get back to objective discussion?

You asked why he is falling. I gave you some and you bring up Will Levis? Will Levis has nothing to do with why Sanders is dropping. I gave you some of the reasons. Is that objective enough?

clearly you have not been paying attention to the circus that is around him.
So now you claim there is some kind of conspiracy.
BS
1) he is not that big; does not have that big of an arm
2) he did not exactly blow the world apart with production
3) he has frankly been seen to be entitled and have an attitude problem
4) the pain in the *** that is Deion.

THAT is why he has not been chosen yet
