yeh right Martz is a QB killer... the only person from the bay area I would want here would be Norv Turner... I may get killed for that but hes a damn good Cord.

I still think Garrett as HC, Turner as OC, and Wade as DC would be a perfect arrangement for us. I know it's not realistic, but I think it'd be a good situation for everybody.

We have a broke down offensive line with an unmotivated Left Tackle.

We have to do a better job of protecting our QB and running the ball.

Also our receivers need to be drilled. If we are going to run a timing offense we can't have guys running such sloppy routes.

Martz just isn't the right fit.
