Shocking...............

Thanks. I gotta' tell you though..........and this might sound juvinile, but the Cowboy game was on and I missed it!
Finally the kind of performance J.J. paid for this offseason, and the quake hit 3 minutes into the game. I know it was against Houston and all, but I've been waiting for this kind of show since the spring..................and I missed it!!!

Hey, Paniolo! It was great to meet you in person. Everythings okay in Papaikou. Some pictures on the floor, but everyone safe and apparently no structural damage. Some shake though.

Hope you guys on Kona side are ok. My electricity came back on in 5 minutes but couldn't watch the game because the Oahu TV stations were knocked off the air. That was the worst part for me, unless of course any of my fellow Hawaiians and fans had losses.

haole boy here from kailua. my mom is there. she called on cell phone. still no power. man i miss the manapua. glad to hear your ohana ois good.

Thanks, CB. My house an old sugar plantation house, post and pier design about 8 feet off the ground, which essentially means it's on stilts. Lots of rocking and I was beginning to wonder when the thing would stop.

I bet......I would be, after it stopped, on my way to the store for a fresh supply of toilet tissue. :)

Thanks guys...........

The game started here at 7:00. First drive of the game by Houston and I'm getting pissed already. Then..........boom! Had to get the wife and kids out of the house. Main thing everyones alright. The house is a mess though. Still standing but everything is on the floor, every cabinet empty, fridges empty, nothing on the walls.................what a mess.
I see you managed to save the computer and the internet service.. J/K

Glad you and yours are fine, everything worked out today, including your life and health being okay.

I was thinking about the Chili. I'm almost positive I saw an advertisement about shipping the Chili to anywhere.

Aloha Leon,
No visit to the bar this morning? I'll be back up in December and we'll have a beer again. Take care.

No bar this morning becarse the game was on network TV. After the shake, I thought I better stick close for the day in case something happened. Let me know when you come in December, okay?
