Shooting in St. Louis

I'm sure you have all seen the reports of the shootings in St. Louis where a man went into a city counsel meeting and killed 6 people.

Just now I saw a video of the subjects brother defending his actions. He is saying his brother was in diplomatic talks with the City Counsel and when diplomacy failed he went to war.

If so, then his brother should have no problem with him already being tried and executed for treason.

Actually it happened in Kirkwood, a suburb of St. Louis. The shooter had a vendatta against the city council lawyer and went rampage.
