Shotgun please!

Ok. We knew the pressure was coming and esp after the first series. Why won't Parcell go shotgun formation to give our Bledsoe statue 2 more seconds to get rid of the ball????? That doesn't even prevent us from using delay draws which is one of JJ's favorite.

I can count at least 2 sacks, 1 fumble and 1 Int were results of hits straight up the middle giving Bledsoe NO CHANCE.

Very poor adjustment. Bledsoe has a horrible game but so did rest of the team. But we still had a chance. If we gel abit more, we'll be very dangerous.

I was just saying this in another thread!

If teams are getting quick pressure up the middle, a very simple adjustment is the shotgun...yet the coaches didn't go shotgun until the last 2 minutes of the game. It is like DUH. Drew was getting nailed as he took his first 5 steps trying to get away from the center.

I seriously think Parcells is one of the worst coaches in the league at making adjustments. I don't know if it is pride or what, be he's horrible at changing things up.

The shotgun would have helped, but better playcalling would have helped even more. How about a reverse...a flea flicker like they did...going deep on 1st or 2nd down etc?

We have the talent to be more aggressive on offense and we need to be much more aggressive to beat teams like Philthy...especially on the road.

We rarely ever use the shotgun for some reason. I remember us using it in the preseason with Romo, so it must have something to do with Bledsoe.

We were at the game and said shotgun all night! I don't understand why Parcells doesn't put Bledsoe in the shotgun more!!

It is pretty hard to use the shotgun when the crowd is really noisy -- keep in mind that Fox totally muffled the crowd noise b/c of all the foul language chants, etc. It was far too noisy for that -- it would have caused lots of false starts.

Where did you read this? Bledsoe has used the shotgun with previous teams.

He has said multiple times that he doesnt like having to focus on catching the snap and reading the defense at the same time.
