Should Aubrey "The Closer" get walk-out music?

Wasn’t that awesome! Have to say I got a little chill as the rebels were in a panic.
Yeah, I became a kid again. I always wanted see Vader go god mode. It was awesome. Also when Luke showed up at the end of Mandalorian S2 and took out the droids. Those two scenes took me back to my childhood.

I have not read the entire thread, and someone else may have suggested it already, but it might be better to play any music after Brandon Aubrey makes the field goal. Aubrey's career is still relatively short compared to the great kickers of the past. I think he has shown enough to measure up to them, though.

It is a suspicious notion, but kickers are glitchy. Many seem to falter to jinxes. In my opinion, playing music before a kick might attract bad luck and derail Aubrey over a significant length of time--dry periods that he has never experienced. I do not believe anyone wants to see that happen.

My hypothetical alternative? Play John Williams' Superman theme after every made kick. That is who Aubrey has been at his position for this franchise since Day One. Heck. The guy does not even seem to have any weaknesses to kryptonite either, lol.

How about neither, I agree with you don't change the thing he goes out there whether it's a 20-yard kick or a 65-yard kick he has the same process, the same mechanics, and the same focus,

we don't need to start changing that..

That would be the Cowboys bad luck to give this man $10 million a year, he goes full blown superstar, hero mode, and starts to have issues..

He was asked about Dak’s comment and was asked what song it would be. He said White Horse. It’s what he listens to when he comes on the field and before games

It’s a love song and other than the riff, there’s not much walkout worthy about it and the riff itself reminds me of The Confessor by Joe Walsh

Yeah, I know. I was trying to make a Bhad Bhabie joke.

I live in San Diego, and the Padres use to play "Hells Bells" from ACDC when Trevor Hoffman would enter the game to close it out.
It was electric. With a 1 run lead in the 9th and suddenly the sound system goes "Gong, Gong, Gong". (those of you who know the song), and the crowd would go CRAZY, and Hoffman would come jogging out from the bullpen in the outfield towards the mound. To the other team, it meant Game Over, you're done. It was amazing. I think BA has earned something like that.

This is great. But kickers have enough pressure on them. This would be epic pressure. I'd just play Du Hasst mich by Rammstein. You hate me. It has no expectations. But has a very inspiring rhythm.

It's not really even close.
I don't know about that There's some that go underrated both that have the voices and range that are pretty damn good... Maybe not the full entertainment value but I gotta tell you Adele has a big voice i'm no fan of that kind of music but don't discount her....
