Should Bled start the Rams game if we're eliminated?

Should and Will are two very different things in the world of Duane Parcells.

Hey...Should and Will...... I know those Guys!

Bledsoe signed a very cap friendly deal.

Big Fish Henson will have great tales to tell his children and grand children.

I guess that all depends on what Parcells is thinking for the future; If Bled is his QB for the next couple of years in his eyes then neither of the other two are even in consideration and the only point would be to give them some valuable back-up playing time for back-up stints they may encounter in the near future. I just don't personally see either QB ever being a pivital part of our team aside from a back-up role, so i guess I don't see the point not starting Bledsoe.

Even if we were to not make the playoffs, think if Bledsoe won that last game against the rams on a rather high note? It very well could carry over into the next season. On the flip side, sit him and make him think he's done something wrong, and that also too could carry over to the next season. That's why teams seldomly ever give up once they're elimitated; seasons are continuous. Bledsoes season began in his first starting year in college and has yet to end.

And it's not as if the future of this team is sitting on the bench; we don't have a Rivers or Manning warming the pine; we have a would be could be Henson and some guy named Romo who could probably make a killing in the Pizza Delivery Business with a name like that.

Based on Bill's comments on Romo in the pre-season and during the year, I think he would start Romo in that....er.... highly unlikely situation that we are out of it.

Last year he didn't think either QB was ready, and he had a bad team playing out the string.

This year I think he really believes Romo is a legitmate #2.

Here what I am hoping for when we are up 35 to 3 at the start of the 2nd half, and we watch Henson, MB3 and the young offensive lineman rip the Rams for 21 more.

Juke, CBZ and Princess could rip the Rams for 21 points.

I would play Henson. If not Henson, at least Romo.

But if Testeverde still played last year, then it's 100% that Bledsoe will play no matter what. As long as Bledsoe doesn't get his arms get torn off from a big blitz, he'll be in. Even then Parcells will say he gives us the best chance to win by throwing with his mouth. ;)

Then see if they can sign a contract Sarge, it would be fun to watch our Zoners get on the field :D

I don't think any of the three remember the number....21.

 :D

Yes, he's the starting quarterback.

If your saying that the game pretty much means nothing because a win wouldn't result in a playoff berth they maybe all the NFL teams should shut it down once they are out of contention.

Not to mention the fact that the people at the game came to see the Cowboys win the game, not practice.

Put in Henson so we see what a bust he is, and then send him off to Europe to finish his career.
