Should Chad Kelly Go Pro

I like Kelly, and after Matt Barkley's senior year, I think anyone that can go pro (meaning legitimate chance of being drafted high), should go pro. That being said, I think his NFL value is limited and he should enjoy being QB1 at a major college as long as he can.

I think he would be a perfect selection for the Cowboys and a few other good teams who don't need a starter right away, but want someone to groom. He is a low first rounder/high second if he comes out. He's the kind of guy a team would trade back into the end of the first to get. Kelly will jump Wentz on many boards if he declares. If he comes out next year, after another good season however, he could make himself a top five pick. Next year is all about DeShaun Watson though.
