I think we need to see Showers with the 1s. Just to know what's up. I know Dak needs the reps but we need to see what we have for backup otherwise we'll be combing the wire, the CFL and the streets hard for a backup. I'm not interested in dumping draft picks in a trade for a QB either.

Before the injury news i was hoping to see Dak play for the first half, now i'm thinking a quarter. You cant not play him at all thinking he is old or fragile and might get injured that would be a carry over from the Romo situation. He needs some reps.

Guessing Romo goes to I.R. and we sign a vet when cuts happen. Most likely we carry 3 qbs now. Dak, Showers, vet. Means we won't keep 6 recievers. Prob only 3-4 rbs. Zeke, Morris, Jackson (doubt Dunbar makes it).
