In 5 seasons Matt Lafleur has led the Packers to a 56-27 record overall
4 years in the playoffs 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023
3 NFC North titles 2019, 2020, 2021
2 NFC Title games 2019, 2020

Lafleur has failed to win or reach the Super Bowl with a future Hall of Fame QB

The Packers overall in 32 years have had 2 Hall of Fame QB's but have only reached the Super Bowl 3 times and won 2 in that span

Are the Packers considered chokers?

Come on, man. Their performance against us, and the one against the 49ers, justifies his staying. They routed us, and they came very close to beating the 49ers. If their kicker hadn't missed a field goal, that game would have gone into overtime. I agree with CyberB0b. Firing him would be ridiculous.

They’ve exceeded all expectations this year. They have one of the youngest teams in the league and have rebuilt the entire roster. What a ridiculous thread.
What if they lose in the playoffs the next couple of years? Everything appears great now but in a few years with no SB titles that will change. That's what got McCarthy fired in Green Bay, 1 SB title and then a bunch of playoff exits.

Without making progress, I would expect him to be fired.

This is a bit of a stretch. Matt Lafleur coached a 7th seed to within 6 1/2 minutes of an NFC Championship game. At the #1 seed's stadium. With the youngest team in the league.

Green Bay's kicker may not be back :p but Lafleur should certainly return.

Fire the guy who’s just smashed paintings at the art gallery then went toe to toe with the 49ers .

I'm waiting for the punchline.
