The Draft was better before it became as big as it currently is. It was much better when Pete Rosell was commissioner.

Heck no. Are you kidding me? The man is entertaining,I'll say that,but he stinks at evaluating talent. It's all for fluff. He needs to be retired. I can think of a ton of folks that evaluate better than he. If the hall puts him in, I will be convinced the end of days is very near.

He has never been a football scout. If you can find Mel's earliest ESPN Draft Day work. He sounds like a bunch of double talk . "This guy has a smooth backpedal".
