Head coach and the vast majority of football coaching positions has nothing to do with fitness and nutrition. Zero.
Rodgers has teammates calling him out for being a massive awesome person and freezing players out because he is too sensitive. Which directly impacts team performance. Should Rodgers seek counseling?
We don’t need an another Rob Ryan trotting into the locker room and setting a bad example. Trim it and scheme it all in the off-season.
I also feel like Rex Ryan is hating cause he still doesn’t have a job offer.
that's straight up faults advertising....
So fitness and conditioning doesn’t matter? A leader can’t preach what he doesn’t do.

this thread Title is downright weird. If criteria was a winning coach has to be fit or thin, we wouldn't have had Vince Lombardy or Curly Lambeau, or even our own Jimmy Johnson...he WAS kinda plump. lol...or what bout Mike Holmgren? MAYBE WE SHOULD SEND THEM TO WHAT THE ARMY CALLS "FAT CAMP." LOLIs this a serious thread? Genuinely asking.
A coach needs to be in shape/skinny in order to breed a winning team?
Hmmmm, okay.
