4 elite QBs? Besides Luck and Locker (and I'd put an "*" besides Locker), who is considered elite in this draft? Just because they're your pet cats, doesn't make them elite.
No, you haven't done your homework. NE got a first round pick from the only NFL team that would make that trade, Oakland. Look at NE's draft moves the last three years. They take advantage of the Oaklands of the NFL, and rarely give up anything of value in return. NE isn't gonna give up the farm for Luck, and recent NFL draft history shows the folly of 1st round RBs. So why do you think NE is suddenly going to go brain dead now?
Also, in your original post, you mentioned getting Oakland's 1st rounder. Refresh my memory - doesn't NE have that pick? So we are going to trade with NE for BOTH their first rounders? Really?
Doubtful, for reasons previously explained to you by others.
Back atcha. This ain't Madden.
Mallet and Enderle is the other 2, then ponder could be a reach, with some other qbs mixed in that might surprise like qb from arizona and qb from iowa
this draft is loaded with qbs, this is the year to strike, No, you said oakland and new englands pick, i said that new england has oaklands first round pick, with new england having the only 2 first round picks so far
i love that back atcha buddy
yes, if you have the first overall pick, and somehow oakland slips the rest of the way and starts losing, and oakland which is new englands pick is a top 10 pick, then yes you could trade down to new england
just depends how much new england is willing to give up,
now if oaklands which is new englands pick is in lower end of first round say 18th to 32nd pick, or somewhere around there, then, NO, you dont want to trade down that far
but if oklands (N E pick) is a top 10, then yes, if price is sweet to trade down
would have to be at least a 1, 1, 2, 4 to move down 10 spots or so
it cost high to move up to the first overall pick
