Should the Cowboys add at Running Back?

They will go into TC with who they have. There are no RB's out there that is better than who is on the roster.
If any RB's are then brought in. It will be after the cut downs, or if one is released during TC, and the current RB's for some strange reason are not getting it done.

Davis, Blue, Mafah competing for 2 spots. Davis has been off and on the PS for a few years or more. And was never signed from other teams.
Expect the same again if all 3 are pretty equal in TC.

Who did you have in mind?

I don’t expect Williams to have the same year but I’m not sure there’s anything to about it at this point.
I do not see any reason why to not expect him to have the same year.

See my post above.
why? Does everything always have to be your way?? You seem to be infatuated with Jazz says it's not going to be that way, then that's it!!!!

Are we allowed to have our own opinions?

What?
All I said was there is no reason to expect anything different. And this is what you come back with?
What is your problem?

It’s just one of those things I believe. I think he overachieved last year and I expect him to regress to his level.

Injuries are also going to be a concern for another year.

I just seen that Alvin Kumara could be available. It was on Facebook so take it for what it's worth.

He doesn't like to think outside the box and it's not being negative either

Or, act like we are an NFL franchise and bring in competition and let the chips fall where they may. Giving a player a position just because is not how you do it in the NFL. If you want to win.
What part of giving them a fair chance of proving themselves before bringing in someone who's unlikely to be any better strained the reading comprehension skills?
Mafah
Blue
Davis
Abinikanda
That's more than enough for a competition without stretching out snaps beyond what a reasonable evaluation can be made!

Not really. There is plenty of time. It's not like a top RB is waiting for a job at home. Davis has proven he can sub in for a starter if need be. Blue is the biggest question mark I believe, so unless there is clearly a better speed option sitting at home there is no real reason to sign someone today. They need to work mafa and blue hard this camp. See what they can do then make a decision.
I don't think you truly "show" at camp. I do get these are pro coaches and can see things. And that players DO need to show what they can do in mock up practices. But...nothing like real games.

This is why i HATED Jerry playing starters in our last game. For what? Give them stats to justify salaries or player standings? (not "picking on" dak...but he got a "start" and maybe a few extras yards and such). NooOOoo. give these other guys a chance to play in real games.

And yes....there is a window to snatch freed-up players of value. Other teams have pro assessment too...if someone of value is available early on...they are gonna take them. If we wait too long while evaluating our guys (we like our guys!)...well...we're stuck.

You;re saying we DON'T know what mafa or blue can really do....until THIS camp. That's crazy! Incompetant even.
