With Witten potentially on the decline, should we have kept Martyb and planned to exit Jason? ;)

Now I know what most will say, but we do hang on to Vets too long right?

Witten is still working his way back from being injured. Cowboys fans are stupid.

Hanna already to me has shown he can catch better than Marty B....there's a possible answer right there.

Witten will bounce back, he wasn't the only one dropping passes. He did look a bit slow though. But he will be fine.

Could Martellus Bennett's performance in NY be a more appropriate way to compare Eli with Romo? Could how both quarterbacks utilized Bennett could be a tell tale sign of how either would do in the other's offense?

No. For the 2 nice plays he made yesterday he made about 5 boneheaded plays as well.

If your an offense that wants to give him 15 opportunities a game, then yeah, you can make him a productive player.

Nope, Martellus was 2nd string at best in Dallas. But he is having a better year than Dez at this point. Dez has been a complete disappointment. so much for him having a break out year.

So you think he's lying?

Witten on drops: "There's no excuse there, but it definitely ain't b/c of this injury. That would be an excuse. That’s not what I’m about."

REALLY? I knew this was coming.. Come on.. Bennett was a clown when he was here.. He may be succesfull in NY, but he plays in a better offense than he did in Dalls, I know people here dont want to hear that, but he does.. Im sure this clowns true colors will come out and he will be exposed..

I dont care if he turns out to be Kellen WInslow, getting rid of this idiot was a GOOD move...

Witten? I think Witten will do anything he can to be on the field. He is that type of player. He tried it when he got KO'd, they had to hide his helmet and he went off on the sideline.

Witten is in his declining years. We should be grooming a replacement *now* to take over much of the load in a few years.

I do not believe MB showed us that he was that replacement.
