Should we now add LB to the major list of needs on this team in 2025?

We could use an upgrade at every position. We will be lucky to get 2 starters out of the draft. Not to mention one being an above avg starter, not a headcase or constantly injured.

They will keep Hendricks another year. Plus add a LB in middle of the draft. I'd like to see another vet signed.

Damone Clark, Buddy Johnson, Nick Vigil, Darius Harris and Brock Mogensen aren't guys you can count on for more than special teams.

Honestly Coogs, we need help at almost every position.

We are horrible at DL, with the Overshown injury, LB is a HUGE need. We are thin at OL, desperately need another RB, probably need two more WRs…I would even consider taking a QB on Day 2 if one is available to develop. This team needs a ton of help at multiple positions.

Don’t believe the SJ/JJ garbage that “we cannot afford anyone in FA”….its a lie. Look at Philly with the huge contracts they have with Hurts, Lane Johnson, Aj Brown….They are paying Barkley $3.8 mil (we paid Zeke $2 mil).

I don’t love that Dak is paid that much but they can defer/manage that like the teams that know what they’re doing with the cap. The lies coming out of the Star about being cap strapped is complete nonsense.

So do you think having all these high contracts will help? I mean if you have rookies you're not paying as much. I totally agree and trust me we have more needs than we can ever imagine, but will we make an honest effort to fix them

Honest effort? I‘m not kidding even a little bit when I say Jerry and Giggles don’t know how to properly manage the salary cap in the modern era. They just don’t.

Guys like Howie Roseman in Philly get it. They have huge contracts with Hurts, AJ Brown, their two tackles…and somehow they can afford Barkley at $3.8 mil a year. We paid Zeke $2 mil a season. Let that sink in. These guys are completely out of their league in roster building on a cap.

LB is always a need. Has been for a long time. Have to have at least 5 IMO. Too many injuries as the primary tacklers.
